Steve Hatton| general manager

A transplanted Buckeye raised in Loveland, OH, Steve brings 40+ years of experience in hospitality, real estate sales, leasing, finance, and association management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV & Film from Northern Kentucky University. Steve has specialized in highly amenitized resort and lifestyle properties since moving to Sarasota/Bradenton in 2013. An avid boater, Steve, can be found most weekends exploring the waters around Anna Maria Island and Tampa Bay.

Experienced Maintenance Manager with demonstrated success in the Property Management field. Depth of experience and proficiency in Operations Management, Business Management, Facilities Management, IT, Communications, Team Building, Staff Training, Project Management, Process Improvement, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Strong analytical skills; adept with budgeting, procurement, vendor-supplier development and relations, cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.


JON MILLER | COMMUNITY APPEARANCE COORIDINATOR

As a Landscaper, I have developed my skills from the ground up, learning hands-on techniques from various mentors throughout my career. I bring over 35 years of acquired knowledge and practical experience to the Property. I spent 24 years working for a local Landscape Contractor, where I served as a manager for 14 years until they retired and sold the business. I have completed the Certified Horticulture Professional course offered by the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscapers Association, and I have also obtained a Best Management Practices Certificate from the State of Florida.

 

As a Father and Grandfather, I cherish spending time with my family, enjoying trips to Disney and other theme parks. I also have a passion for reading and continually learning about various subjects of interest.

 BECKY MCMAON | FRONT DESK/CONCIERGE

Becky McMahon and her husband, moved from Oregon in February 2023 to the sunny gulf coast of Florida.

Putting her many years of experience in Administration and her natural ability for customer service to work, Becky is enjoying alternating the weekends as Front Desk/Concierge. She loves assisting people and being a positive encouragement.

The sunshine draws Becky outdoors to enjoy the natural beauty and nature that we are lucky to have all around us. She especially loves the peacefulness of the beach and the warmth of the gulf. The only thing that makes it a better experience is sharing it with friends and loved ones.


  Ashley Wilcko| Lifestyle Operations Manager

 

Ashley Wilcko, originally from Pennsylvania, graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Aurora University, a small private college in the western suburbs of Chicago.

In her role as the Lifestyle Operations Manager at Harbour Isle, she brings a diverse professional background and a deep commitment to enhancing well-being and community engagement. Ashley’s previous work experiences as a Resident Lifestyle Facilitator, Compliance Coordinator, and Marketing Representative have equipped her with a versatile skill set. She has managed comprehensive programs, transportation operations, compliance initiatives, and resident activities, all with the goal of enriching the lives of those she serves. At Harbour Isle, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring that everyone experiences a dynamic and fulfilling lifestyle while fostering a strong sense of community among everyone.

Ashley loves to be in the great outdoors, where she enjoys biking, hiking, and embarking on journey’s exploring the world!
